Meet the Team
Will Blessing and Josh Moss
Josh and Will are the founders and owners of NAMU. They started NAMU to build something exciting with scientific and engineering skills that was also personally meaningful and fulfilling. Outside of work, Will and Josh love their pups Olive and Fennel and the depths of Bravo TV.
Josh pairs his technical background with executive business expertise. A graduate of U.C. Berkeley and MIT with degrees in Chemical and Environmental Engineering, Josh studied the science of distillation and aromatic gas-phase chemistry. He previously worked as a business consultant and later as Head of Business Operations for a biotech startup, where he led business development and executive strategy.
Will integrates his Korean American heritage with an extensive scientific background. A Cornell and Boston University graduate with a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Will is steeped in fermentation and analytical chemistry. His journey began with apartment homebrewing and evolved into a specialized focus on makgeolli, where he refined traditional techniques with a scientific approach.

Michael Campbell
Michael Campbell is equal parts bartender and creative compulsive. Stir in twelve years of experience leading bar programs in New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, and Bozeman, MT. Add a heavy pour of rock'n'roll with a dash of razzle-dazzle. Shake vigorously. Pour over a love of making new and exciting things that honor the traditions and talents of the cocktail pioneers who came before. Garnish with a Hawaiian shirt. Cheers.
